Graphite and Carbon Packing
The graphite packing is one of the most popular packings which is able to solve various sealing application conditions. With the reinforcement of different fibres or wires on the flexible graphite yarns, and the interlock braiding technology, the products are sealing reliable and almost suitable for all media, for instance, hot water, steam, oil, acids, alkalis, ammonia, hydrocarbons. The graphite packings can also be treated with PTFE impregnation to improve its sealing and anti-corrosion ability.

Carbon fibre packing:
The Carbon fibre packing is a packings with excellent sealing, self-lubrication and anti-extrusion ability which makes it one of the best packing choices for pump application. The Carbon fibre packings are required to be impregnate with PTFE or Graphite so that it can have the sealing and self-lubrication ability of the impregnation material.
Sometimes the Carbon fibre yarns are braided together with Graphite yarns as the four corners to improve the packing anti-extrusion ability, and make the packing replacement easier for the workers.
